There is an upfront charge for these services, but for a small investment it really pays dividends and remember the rest of our service is no sale no fee and as you paid for them they belong to you so even if you have to put off selling your home, you can still use an EPC for 10 years for either selling or letting your home and as long as you don't move walls or remodel too much you can re-use your photographs and floor plan
