Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

The energy performance certificate (EPC) is a legal requirement for all vendors and landlords alike. It shows graphically the energy efficiency of the property together with its carbon emissions. This has to be available for all interested parties to inspect prior to making their choice of home. Although marketing of the property can commence once the EPC has been instructed, we have our own in house domestic energy assessor who is able to carry out these inspections quickly and at a competitive rate.
